"Dr Patel is an amazing doctor but the medical assistants are very unprofessional & rude. I called b/c I needed to talk to the doctor about my meds that the pharmacists couldn't answer about & the staff prevented me from talking to him. Instead, they wanted me to talk to him in 2 weeks & they hung up the phone. The medical assistants in this facility need to be re-trained or fired. UPDATE: Supposedly upper management called me later that day & asked about my private Google rating. Somehow they knew it was me which is creepy & instead of apologizing, they were trying to threaten me to take down the review or they will refuse me as a patient. A week or so later I went for a different medical issue, the staff pretended like nothing happened & I was supposed to have a follow-up for a referral to a different medical center that NEVER took place. Also, when I was waiting in the lobby 2 patients were complaining about the medical assistants messing up on the paperwork. Long story short, the unethical practices among these unprofessional medical staff make a good doctor look bad. However, maybe they were his orders. Either way, looks like my family members & I will find another primary doctor."
