"Slow I made an appointment by the time I was seen the problem had started to clear up also bad service and stupid office hours wish my insurance would cover anywhere else."
"Only gave one star to right a review. I would have gave negative stars if I could. Had a young doctor who had no clue what to do with me. Even worse, I had a phone appointment for my wrist and with insurance, they charged $65 without letting me this would be the charge. Since all I got was advice to rest it, I didn't pay it. They harassed me with letters and sent it to the collections agency. The end charge was $132 for fees and interest and it was placed on my credit report. Terrible place to receive care."
"Office personnel have no perception of empathy or pleasantries. What happened, you ask? ... So ... it is completely understandable that things can run late. I arrived for my appointment, as scheduled, and they stated that the doctor was running an hour late. That would be fine, except that there was no courtesy notification prior to me leaving my job and needing to take vacation time. Also, and most importantly, there was zero notion of being apologetic when I arrived. I departed their office feeling as if it was my fault in some way. I have never left a Yelp review before, but it feels right. How can you trust a health care provider if they cannot manage the professionalism part. This is my second chance with this branch, as i had a very bad feeling when i was there the first time a few years ago. As someone who is very nervous of going to any form of doctors office, I am happy to now have a reason to wait another 15 years before getting a check up. Also, for the record, i understand that if you have repeated problems in life, then you really need to start being introspective; it is probably you..... I promise you this, I told my situation honestly and as accurately, as I remember it, and everyone concurs. Thank you for listening. My suggestion.... talk to your staff about people skills and more importantly, communicate when things are amiss in scheduling. Johnson dental down the way gives you a smile every time you walk in. That at least starts it off correctly."
"I like my doctor. Wait time is excessive. Nursing staff doesn't keep you informed of delays. My time is valuable, some respect needs to be shown to patients in regard to wait times. A new system needs to be implemented. It's no fun being stuck in a room for over 90 minutes. We are asked to be on time, we should get the same in return or at least be acknowledged by nursing staff ."
