"Cadence sent out an email encouraging their clients to take advantage of an offer to apply for Global Entry and fill out an application and pay $100 each for the service. Cadence was supposed to have a person from Homeland Security come to the office to interview you and verify everything for the Global Entry pass. We never heard from Cadence and have called several time with no return call. They left alot of peopleto figure out what to do now. I guess we will have to take care of it ourselves. Thanks Cadence!!"
