"The bus was two hours late and their customer service was terrible. On the return ride back the lady at the counter in Bloomington, CA was extremely rude whenever we checked in. Don’t recommend them at all!! You still had terrible customer service when we checked in and didn’t even bother to help to call the other company on figuring out if there was going to be another bus later on today. Regardless if you didn’t sell the ticket you should’ve at least tried to help out the customer as to how to get a return bus back to Phoenix. You simply told us that it’s cancelled and you have to figure it out."
