Weather was bad on that day; so didn't see Hollywood sign but Cigar made sure we covered as much as possible."

"Not as advertised. We booked through “ultimate” for an open air bus tour. When we got to the location indicated in the email, it was actually a “Hollywood bus tours” stand. They loaded us in a regular sprinter van and off we went. No open air buzzes we on site though other companies were operating some down the street. It appears that the same company was just operating under multiple banners. We got there a few minutes before the start and though we booked 2 tickets together, we were told it was “first come first served” and we were separated on the bus. The hard top van and positioning on the right side of the bus made it difficult to see most of the sites which were on the left hand. Overall, a misrepresented and disappointing experience."
