"WARNING!!!! DO NOT GIVE AWAY CREDIT CARD INFO UNLESS YOU HAVE READ ALL SMALL PRINTS!!!! Had a $75 fee as well for scheduling change done by the airline like so many other customers (see below). The extra fee was charged because the airline changed the departure schedule for a few hours. When I noticed the $75 charge (checking my bank account statement as this company is so ashamed what they are doing, they do not even inform you when they charge your credit card for this ridiculous fee) I tracked down an office in CA and the lady on the phone confirmed to me that the fee was indeed charged because of the flight schedule change...I remember the vivid discussion I had with her, finally asking if she wants to lose a customer. .. My advice: Use the website (or others) to get a quick idea about ticket prices, find the best airline and book directly with the selected one. No need nowadays to book a flight through a travel agency. I did it last week (and funnily the airline changed the departure schedule only 2 days later.......and no extra fee was charged. Customer service even provided me with a departure time that will better fit my needs via a quick phone contact after I learned about the re-scheduling !!!!). And I am ashamed that my review is linked to even one star !!!!!!!"

"I booked flights through CheapFareGuru in January 2024 for a trip from SA TX to Seattle WA in August 2024. I received the booking numbers and everything via emails and text. So everything was good and we are set for our trip. Then I started getting emails of changes to the flight, maybe a little difference in the time of the flight, nothing major. But received a notification from CFG that a $250.00 would be charged to my credit card due to changes in the flight. I don't understand why we are being charged a fee because the flights are booked and show on the airline website as confirmed. They do not have to be re-booked. My concern is we have 5 months until our trip. How many times will we be charged this fee?? This defeats the purpose of the discounted tickets. I wish I would have read the reviews before using this website. A very concerned customer."

"These guys are dishonest. Usually, when you book an international flight, 2 baggages are free. But, they did not mention that on their website. When i asked their representative, they said 2 baggages are free. But, it was not true and I end up spending $300 more for 2nd baggage. Please think twice and ask all questions and see all details before booking from them. Recommend avoiding them altogether if possible."

"WATCH OUT!!! I WISH I COULD GIVE THEM NEGATIVE STAR! For all people out there. do not contact or work with this company. they are scam and dishonest. I bought a ticket from them a while ago . 4 hours before my flight I found out the ticket is invalid and I can not use it to fly. I called them to tell them what is happening. they put me on hold for almost an hour. they kept transferred me to one to another. could you imagine how much stress I had as my my 12 year old daughter that I have not seen her for 2 years is waiting for me overseas. all stay and car rental booked and paid then I found out I do not have a ticket. they took the money not just once but 2 times because they have my credit card. I am in process to sue them. please DO NOT do business with them. AND NEVER TURST THEM."
