"We came to have some documents for notary. That was last week.... the lady did not look even file.... asking our signature.... I can sign now in front of you, she said no. I needed ur signature before u came. My husband is VIP member since last 45 years..we were treated like a garbage... so we left... today we came said you can wait in car we will call u in 1/2 hour or early... any way we went to Bank of America. We were done in 5-10 minutes. No question asked.... it’s so sad . I still gave one star, should be 0"

"When you get to AAA they have you check in at the front, and from the they take down your number, and have you wait in your car. Once you get a text, reply back, and head to the front door. You will then be sent back to conduct business. I felt very safe, because the place wasn't crowded."

"I went to my local AAA branch to handle some DMV title transfers. I was helped by Brianna and I had a great experience, as always. This office just reopened during the covid-19 situation and they have taken every precaution to protect both their employees and members. Brianna was such a great help with my needs, very thorough and extremely helpful. I wish the AAA did more services because their employees, service and atmosphere are unmatched. "I tried to book a trip to Spain. Spent a good amount of time with a travel agent there. Thought i was on my way, but i never heard from her again. Ended up booking the trip with a Spanish agency in Madrid and had a wonderful trip! I'll stick to using AAA for having my car towed."
