"If I can give a zero star I would. Rude staff! The young lady behind the insurance desk have rude behavior. When I told her AAA have better customer service over the phone, her replied was, you should call them because they have better customer service. Very rude with careless attitude. No smile at all. It’s either she doesn’t like her job or someone need to retrain her."

"Clean, friendly and efficient service. I was here for my insurance and registration, which was done within 30 minutes including waiting in line. They try hard to sell other insurance for your family members. I actually don’t like it or don’t need it, but they are friendly and professional enough to let you know they have it without forcing you to commit anything. AAA has improved a lot, certainly much more efficient than DMV and it is also an excellent alternative other than DMV. AAA is good everywhere I have gone to, Cerritos, Glendale, LA and other places. I don’t know how they did it, but they did it well. Privatization seems good in this case. Will definitely come again for other needs."
