"Worst experience my mom has had. They told my mom her flight would be Sunday and she would be back the following Saturday when she checked in at their airport she was told she would be coming back on a different date and if she wanted to change her date she would have to pay $200.00 dollars. My mom called the agency and they denied their mistake. We will be telling everyone we know not to buy from this agency specially when they don't own up to their mistakes"
