"Beyond livid . I’ve spoke with customer service 3 times before my arrival about what was needed and my packages even paid extra for up grades. Everything we did through them was extra fees. I’ve paid twice the amount if I’d booked through the cruise line myself.Was told all of these things that were in my package to pay close to 500 dollors more . We own timeshares so me doin a tour was pointless even our tour guide shook her. When I to the hotel where I’m being charged the same price if we’d just used our timeshare with more accommodations and space The hotel was okay no microwave but for employees, had to go to different floors to grab bags of ice, beach service was great, manager name starts with D and the beach guys was awesome , no full body mirror,only one elevator slow and hot inside(plunge in Florida). You have to go a thousand places just to get the money that they promised during my purchase/booking in gift cards. When we arrived to board the ship more fees(she did say parking) I read some of the reviews before going to find out some more fee’s. Customer service said I didn’t need a passport as long my info match my license. Well no that wasn’t the case. Check in workers said take away cruise have a lot of ppl who go through them with bad info not only that but it wasn’t just us two other couples who booked through them as well,couldn’t board due to miscommunication. They said it happens alot with pl who book through them. We came close to a 1000 miles to get on. The worst ever in all my life. Will be contacting Monday morning"
