"We normally use an app to book travel but that would have been a MISTAKE. Rick at VALRICK TRAVEL helped us book our Holland America West Coast Cruise last month. If we used that app, we would have lost out on upgrades, cruise ship secrets, the right cabin selection, upgrades, travel tips, covid instructions, the right excursions, upgrades, personal attention, and oh yeah, I almost forgot to mention upgrades. Seriously, Rick managed to get us upgraded where Im positive the "app" would not have.
