"I called to find a better deal on my future travel from what I've already found online. When I told the agent the dates I want to travel and the amount I've already found, he said "I must be a big liar" because the fare I found doesn't exsit. I told him first of all how much am shocked about his professionalism and asked him if he can give me his email so I can send him the screenshot of the fare. He was so combative and told me he knows by heart all the fares for Qutar air since they are Qutar airlines agent and hung up the phone. Just to make a point I am posting the screenshot of the fare I found compared to $1900 or more he was trying to sell me."
