"I was a new patient referred by my PCP last week. I am 2.5 weeks post triple laminectomies with posterior fusions of my cervical spine. I'm late 70s and live alone. I spent over 4 hours trying to enter all of my data into the Breeze software required by the physician prior to appointments. The software is a nightmare for me. Let alone the pain sustaining upright posture with reach. Called the office to request submitting paperwork over fax. Nope! Met with rigidity of practice. No accommodations for the feeble. So this is the state of medical practice? How incredibly sad for our nation. God be with you all. He is the Answer. Pray with me, as I pray with you that we may receive proper care through the ones who know and live according to Christ, not themselves."

"Office will never answer their phone or return a call. My wife had an appointment this morning that the office had rescheduled without her knowledge. She was told a text was sent out by their EMR (never was). Extremely rude staff that refused to make eye contact. Reading the reviews below I am not surprised. Will NOT be rescheduling at this practice"

"Dr. Scott was very rude on my first visit to him and on my next two visits as well. He had me so upset. Told me one thing and my primary doctor something else regarding my condition. I had to ask for blood work that he should have told me I needed in order to diagnose my symptoms. He made me feel like I wasn’t worth his time. I fired him."
