"I am a Caregiver for a person who is partially paralyzed and wheelchair bound. I took her in today for an appointment she had at 3:30 to get fitted for a brace. The young lady at the front desk very abruptly told us her appointment was at 3:00 and we would have to reschedule. She was very inconsiderate and impatient as we tried to explain that our appointment was for 3:30 and how hard it was getting her to and from these appointments. When I asked her who her supervisor was she said she is. When I asked her for a phone # that I can call she pointed to the van parked in front with the company info on the side. It’s unbelievable to me how any legitimate business can have such an unprofessional and inconsiderate person at the front desk being the first person that customers encounter when they come in."
