"1.27.23: The worse center ever! The Office could use lots of CUSTOMER SERVICE CLASSES. So rude, and offish. This company need to use outside services to answer the phone so that patients can get appointments fast and easy. This way no one has to deal with the lousy office people on the phone."
"In all fairness, I think many of the people who work here do a great job, but some in the front office and this is who I am specifically speaking on, need to brush up on their customer service skills. The manner in which they speak to some patients isn't professional. I was literally talked to across the room by one of the front office people who was asking me if I had been helped when I was just helped by the person sitting next to her. I don't enjoy being yelled at from across the room in that manner. If I needed to check in or needed help, I would get in line and wait to be helped; I don't need to be yelled at and grilled like I did something wrong? At the check out window for follow up appointments, I was told I could wait there or go back to the reception room to wait; I walked out to a bunch of other people in line and a crowded reception area, so I left. Please don't tell people to go outside for a follow up appt. if they're not going to help right away and people have to stand in line again. The medical assistants are friendly and professional as are the doctors, but the front office needs some work."
"not answering the phones.... wow I thought the reviews had to be exaggerating but I legitimately cannot get them on the phone midday (1:10pm) on a Friday. So far they have failed in everyway that they could. I think I will just find someone else to use. Almost a week later after they have responded that they will reach out, but they never did. I tried calling two more times this week including today(Thursday) at 11:45am and still nothing. I really need a refill on my medication and its super unfortunate i was defaulted to this group that cant even manage to answer the phones. Do yourself a favor and do EVERYTHING you can to avoid this spot. Even the review responses are just lip service and NOTHING gets done. Im going to have to wait a month on my meds(that i need daily) because i have to go through another group now because they have failed so thouroughly, then said they would reach out to me, which they never did, and I cant even reach out to them. Talk about not caring about patients."
"I don't like the amount if time it takes to get a response from this office. Example: I had an MRI. And 4 business days later still had not heard the results from them. I had to call to request them. They advised the results were there and someone would call me to review Took another 48 hours to finally get them. Who knows how long it would have taken had I not called? They have a patient portal, why not use it to post results? I know they are busy but from my experience you have to really be your own advocate to get anything done. Where's the patient concern? Doesn't exist."
"Their processes in correcting billing issues, doctor's codes, returning phone calls are severely lacking. After 7 weeks, 14 phone calls, and much lost personal time, I finally got my first phone call back. The office manager had someone else call just to say that she (the office manager) is working on it. Another week has gone by and I just called again. Nothing has been fixed and the manager is never available. I was told to "call back tomorrow" and ask for the director. Staff is great at saying all the right things, but no action is ever forthcoming. Meanwhile, because of their mistake in coding, my insurance did not cover a routine checkup and blood panel. Now I am getting overdue notices and am powerless. I talked to my insurance and the fix is easy... doctor recodes visit as routine and the bill is resubmitted to my insurance company. It is very straight-forward. People at this office just need to want to provide timely service to their paying customers. I'll call again tomorrow..."
