"Waited 8 months to be seen as a new "patient", even though my Dr. That is in the same office just retired, but I have to wait. My first appointment was no more than 5 minutes if that and was given an appointment for another 6 months for a physical? Why what the heck? When I call the office he is always out for the week? Really we need some more options on primary doctors"
"I have found Dr. Chandler to be superb, I found nurse practitioner Jessica Gash to be helpful and accommodating. The office is clean and attractive, the office staff are friendly and welcoming. However, the inability to make any contact, for clarification of my health care orders, has me looking for a better solution. The phone number does not ring at the clinic but is a general answering machine, possibly for all of dignity health, that only offers two choices, make an appointment, or get the address of a clinic, well actually three choices, the third is go to an emergency room. The website may be even worse. The page offers a chatbot, that is proposed as a diagnostic tool; but answers any question with do you need a covid vaccine, or do you want to read about covid symptoms, I've totally forgotten the third covid choice. There is no phone number to talk to someone at the clinic. There is no way to contact them by email, to ask if they have an email on file for me to set up my "patient portal". I may be expecting too much. I've moved back to the states from France. and Belgium where like Camille doctors seem to care about their patients, but unlike the Medical Center at Peach they are not isolated from any and all contact with patients."
"I love Dr. Negri! I've been with the clinic for many years! Dr. Negri is thoughtful, knowledgeable, eager to help, humble enough to refer to specialist for medical and psychological care if needed, empathetic, and an all around great physician! The staff is Incredible! The aids, actually, answers their phones and return messages! They communicate with the doctors, office, and patients! I can't say enough about this office! Best care I've had in my hometown since we had a family doctor, in the 60s!"
"Editing 9/15/21 due to Dr. Office response. Within hours of my initial review, I was contacted by the office and they made it right. They apologized and it sounds like it was a mistake. They were able to get me in the next day with a new doctor, Dr. Fuller, who seems great. He spent about 45 minutes with me going over my history and concerns. He was very attentive, and the appointment was not rushed at all. Good Doctor's are very hard to find in this area. I was excited to finally find one at the Medical Clinic at Peach. After searching for a year and waiting for nearly 3 months for my appointment, they called me 45 minutes before my appointment and cancelled with no reasoning. They said since I was a new patient, that it would be a long wait to get back in. It just does not make sense to treat your patients that way. I was shocked that they just did not care and weren't willing to try to get me in any sooner since it was not my fault for cancelling."
"I like the doctor but the nurse practitioner gives me a bad feeling that she talks bad about me behind my back. Same with most of the receptionists but not all. It’s just disappointing because I found a reasonably priced primary care doctor that takes CenCal that I get along with pretty well, but the office is always having problems understanding me and I don’t trust them or feel comfortable talking to them. It would be nice if they made improvements or replaced the negative people in the office. It’s hard to find a good primary care doctor without good insurance. It would be nice if there was one office that was comfortable and trusting and treated people nicely. Last time I was in for an appointment the receptionist had trouble looking up my CenCal insurance. I have recently had to go back on CenCal and they haven’t mailed me my card yet. My card is now on the way to me, but I’ve never had an issue with someone not being able to look up my insurance before. This is the 2nd time we have had to reschedule my appointment. It just seems like the office members don’t respect me or my time."
