"I had a very awkward situation that just doesn't sit right and has bothered me all this time. I had called one day and reached what I thought was an answering service. The lady that answered asked me the usual questions, then when it came down to the reason I was calling, I wanted to be discreet and just have the doctor call me. Even with all the Hippa Laws this operator pressed me for my information and I told her I didn't want to leave a detailed message and to just please give me a call. At this point the operator insisted that I tell her and was very rude to me. I'm having very serious health issues and this young lady is having a power struggle??? Her name is Matejcek, Chandra. Then to top it off, the nurse call me who already has the worst bedside manner and had no empathy at all towards my problems was very monotone and uncaring. To make matters even worse, I'm an older guy, I left a message that was never returned even though it says I would get a message back in 48hrs or so. I'm really need help and my help just stopped...? My doctor told me I was at risk for a heart attack and my care just stopped? Now I feel like I'm on my own. Here is what the operator wrote on my account that I see everytime I open the message system: Pt is having *** *** and wants a call back. He barely wanted to share that info with me. He was rude and condescending when I tried to let him know he dialed MB number and explained he will not reach the BV office w/ their number, but it allows us to connect pt and location."
"A truly unpleasant and unsatisfactory clinical experience, over the course of couple of years. Getting scolded today by administrative staff for following referral protocol exactly as I've done for several times was the final straw. I get to pay out of pocket for a cardio follow up next Monday or have it rescheduled a couple months from now AFTER making an appointment with their PA, not the Dr. This of course, is after an MD of theirs suddenly quit over a year ago, leaving me in a fix then as well. The front desk is under siege by elderly, confused patients, and while the one front desk staffer was trying their best to help, they were over ruled and under cut by the next level of their administration, who then went out of her way to rudely blame me for even asking about the situation. God help you if you question their byzantine methods. Be warned."
"I just started going to this clinic. On my follow-up appointment, she had not gotten a copy of my labs that were left with the front desk 2 weeks prior. In following up on a couple of referrals I did not get calls back. Very disappointed."
"The reception of this office will send the wrong information to you and the places you need insurance authorization to go to. I have spent an entire month scheduling ONE physical therapy appointment because of the misinformation of this office. And I’ve only been going here for three months. If I catch another error in my paperwork I’m going somewhere else. And it’s a pity because Dr. Wright is wonderful. I also scheduled a PAP smear and THE DAY OF THE APPOINTMENT I ASKED if the procedure could be done while on my period. They said IT WOULD BE FINE but when I came to the appointment they said they could not do the procedure. Wow that’s why I called??? Why not just ask someone in the office instead of give me the wrong info??? and because I talked to the doctor for 10 minutes about an unrelated health issue they still charges me $80 for the appointment. If you go here, CALL before and after every authorization and correspondence. They will have the wrong information 9 times out of 10."
"I was informed 2 days AFTER my appointment that I was being referred to a physician 50 miles away and no refills left on my meds. This NP knew my history of being left with no medical or mental health care in this area. I feel angry and abandoned. My neighbor has been through some very negative things here too. Dignity Health is ruining our local doctors offices !! They are too busy and inefficient."
