"I’m not a Pho expert, but I’ve never managed to finish an entire bowl. Everything is just perfect—I’m already looking forward to my next visit!"
"Update: This sandwich is HUGE, it’s more like two sandwiches. I just had it and it might have gotten even better since the last time. The pickles on the side were ridiculously good. Treat yourself good and enjoy this. Pro tip - I’m not a mayo fan and the sandwich is perfect without it. - - - - - I don’t know what I did to deserve discovering this place. The Pho brisket sandwich is possibly the best sandwich I’ve ever had in my life. Absolutely out of this universe, blow your mind good. I saw a video where the owner mentioned being inspired by a Katz deli sandwich in NY; IMO this is better. It kind of reminds me of the pho sandwich at the Sunny and Anne’s bodega in the East Village. The hoison sriracha sauce is de-licious and the greens are a wonderful complement. I thought it was dope they include a pho au jous type of dip as well."
"Had the brisket sandwich and it was delicious. Good flavors from sauces, tender meat and moist bread. The only con is the price tag of almost $18 (post tax) for a sandwich."
"I saw this spot on an IG reel and I happenly was in the area for a work conference. After a long day on my feet at the conference checked into my hotel to relax. My other coworkers decided to go to a local spot, but I didn't want to miss my chance at trying this spot, and I did not regret it! I ordered the Brisket on Rye Sandwich with a bottle of Coke. The sandwich came with a plastic side container of pho broth with onions and a small container of pickled carrot/daikon as you would find on a typical Vietnamese banh mi sandwich. Pro tip: Ask for two containers of pickles, one is not enough. I tried the sandwich by itself, the beef was tender and the sandwich condiments and toppings worked really well together. It tasted like if pho was a sandwich. Adding the pickles and dipping into the soup made it even better. Pro tip II: If you want to keep your hands somewhat clean and your sandwich somewhat intact, top your sandwich with the pickles, *bite*, then just sip the pho soup from the container. This food court like restaurant is located in a building with several other food stalls. The tables could've been cleaner, but overall not bad. Seems more like a door dash pick up spot than somewhere you're supposed to eat at. I would recommend eating it fresh on the spot though, as I would imagine considering the wait time you would expect for delivery the rye bread would probably be pretty soggy by the time it got there. So final verdict, 5/5 stars, would recommend, definitely making a trip back the next time I'm in the area."
"The BEST pho soup I have ever had! What really sets them aside is their marrow oil. Add a little of that into your pho and it’s so good! Their meat is top tier premium. I highly recommend their soup and don’t forget to get marrow oil"
