"Staff doesn't know how to treat their patients nor do they know how to do their job. The doctor is JUST as bad as they are. He will laugh at your face with no care about you as a patient. The office manager is allowed to curse at the patients and get up in their faces and the doctor will do nothing about it. His "wife" is the supposed office manager, but she does NOT know how to carry herself in a professional manner. I have NEVER seen an office manager handle an issue the way she did. As a patient, you should have full, 100% trust in your doctor and their staff that patient care is PRIORITY. After getting no where with my medication for over a month, it took ME several phone calls and several hours to make sense of the mess they caused. DO NOT SEND YOUR FAMILY MEMBERS TO THIS OFFICE. They will makes notes in your chart that are FALSE. I know this office has a lot of elderly patients, so please, look for someone else. A drive to see someone who cares about them as a person is much better than poor patient care. ***The office and doctor aren't what they used to be - I had been a patient for 20+ years. Pharmacies know this office by name and KNOW they are AWFUL and don't know what they're doing. So please-please-please, go somewhere else."
