"The receptionist for the optometrist was horrible. Was very rude to an elderly there and then had a very rude attitude towards me even though I was being very kind despite the attitude. Was very Unprepared the optometrist herself kept repeatedly having to correct her. If you asked her a question she would completely ignore you and roll her eyes. VERY unprofessional."
