"I've been using the bus for when I set off to college. Have not had any problems until now. My only one problem with mst its is shady business with the tap to pay feature in busses. I'm not one to carry cash on me all my money I have stored it in my card. But recently I've been noticing that I'm being charged for using the bus the days I don't use the bus. Not only once but twice on the same day. I'm reaching out to mst to fix this problem because I can only imagine who else my be getting charged for no reason."
