"I checked out the reviews on Running and they seemed well rated. Unfortunately my experience was disappointing. I had 12 sessions prescribed by my doctor but quit after 3 sessions. My fourth session was to be scheduled 4 weeks after my third and that was just to spread out. In my treatment sessions In was seen briefly by a therapist given a few exercises and then passed off to an assistant for icing and electronic stimulation. Felt like there was not interest in really treating me. No one even followed up to see why I was not returning or how I was responding in the weeks between scheduled appointments. I’ve been treated at different facilities over the past 15 years and this was by far my worst experience."
