"Unfortunately I have spent way too much time in physical therapy for various injuries over the last couple years. But I have been very very happy with the service and treatment that I got at OPTM from my therapist, Troy Smith. I have been very consistent with the stretching and exercises that he has given me and have definitely seen results. I saw him a year ago for a knee injury and consistently followed his advice for maintaining the knee so that I haven't had issues again- even while hiking and skiing. Most recently I've been there for a frozen shoulder. It's 96% healed now and I hope by following the advice I'll be able to keep it that way!"

Emily is is passionate about her work as a Pelvic Floor PT. I came to her after delivering my second baby. OPTM was the only clinic in the area that offered this highly specialized treatment that my insurance would cover. Emily created a customized plan to get me back to doing all the activities I was doing before carrying and delivering two kids: running, CrossFit, and living a generally active life.
