"I'd never had acupuncture before (not being a fan of needles), but was having a lot of pain and problems with range of motion in my shoulder area. A friend of mine suggested that I try treating it with acupuncture and I went to Mo. She took a health history and asked me to show her which movements were causing me pain. Every time that she placed a needle, she checked in with me and had me try movements with my arm (to be sure she was hitting the correct area) and the results were immediate. I didn't look at the needles, but felt quite comfortable and the process was surprisingly relaxing! Mo is warm and funny, which also helped me feel more comfortable. I will definitely try acupuncture for future issues!"
