"The care here is subpar and it’s like pulling teeth to get ahold of the doctors. Child had an urgent care visit and was instructed to call Doctor after visit and couldn’t get ahold of doctor at all. 3 days later ended up in ER and still can’t get ahold of doctor."

"This place is the honestly the worst medical care I have ever had. It’s not based off one experience either. Personally, my anti depressants got sent to the pharmacy (twice) as a blank script and they couldn’t fill it and I ran out. For my kids.. I tried to get my son in for his 2 year shots and not once or twice but THREE times, I showed up to his appointments and they canceled on the spot, saying they called me and they absolutely did not. They checked my number and it was correct, not sure what their issues are but it’s very bad. I can’t wait to move, just so I can have access to doctors who care."

"I just wanted to say that this clinic is SO lucky to have Dr. Olsen. She is hands down the best doctor I have ever encountered. She is so kind and caring. She is so easy to talk to and you can tell she really cares about her patients. I have never trusted a doctor more. I can absolutely count on her to help with any issue. She belongs in medicine. Thank you Dr. Olsen for being the best doctor ever."

"no complaints about the hospital workers except Susana, a nurse that works here was my girlfriends landlord. She was renting a room from Susana. She physically abused her with a knife at hand. Dragged her out of the restroom when she was naked about to shower. Susan's a racist. Every day she would verbally abuse her. (I witnessed it because I was always on the phone with my gf) Susana should not be working here. She would steal her belongings and throw them away. We have video footage of her stealing her belongings. We did file a complaint with the police.. But it seems like they didn't do anything about it because she lied to them. I hope management does something about this horrible person working as a nurse."
