"I had an excellent experience here. The booking was made easy and followed up with reminders. The facility is clean and spacious. Ben was an amazing provider. He was caring, thorough and took the time to listen and discuss options. Excellent chair side manner and one of the nicest providers I've come across. It did take a while to get an appointment here as they are booked out 1-2 months in advance so try to plan ahead if possible."

"A very frustrating experience. I wanted to make an appointment here, but had to go through Palo Alto Medical Care. I have excellent Blue Cross/Blue shield insurance through my employer, but because I am over 65 I also have Medicare, Part A, as required by law. Anything Medicare does not cover, my BC/BS will pick up. However, I was informed that they are not "taking any more Medicare Patients at this time," even though I have excellent insurance. Since Medicare Part A is required by law for anyone over 65, I think that means they are not taking any new patients over 65, period. This strikes me as age discrimination, although I guess they have the right to accept or reject any patients they want. Very disappointing."
