"I scheduled an appointment over a month and a half in advance in early December for January 29th. I received multiple automated phone call reminders about my upcoming appointment. The most receive reminder was the Friday before my Monday appointment. When I arrived I was told that the doctor canceled my appointment on the 17th because she would not be there. Why did they schedule my appointment in the first place? Why did I still receive automatic appointment reminders for a cancel appointment? Now I would have to wait another month just to reschedule my appointment. What a total waste if my time and very poor planning on behalf of the office staff."
