"I came here to get water refilled few times and most of the time, I ran into this lady named Tam. She was extremely rude, unprofessional, and very unreasonable. She loves to argue and yell at customers, didn't want to admit those were her faults and instead blamed on the customers. She likes to turn customers away and claimed she was right. The way she argues that makes people think she's better off selling fish at the fish marketplace than providing travel info and selling tickets. I would recommend people to seek else where if they need to get their water refilled or buy any traveling ticket. This place is extremely poor in customer services and the lady named Tam was so rude."
