"The facility is clean with ample equipment and therapists who are very in tuned to your specific injury or problem. There is even a pool onsite should your therapy require it. I had the good fortune to work with Payal Shah who was knowledgeable and consistently asked the type questions to ensure the exercises were properly targeting the affected areas without causing unnecessary pain or additional harm. I attended the Castro Valley office which was conveniently located approximately three or four block from the Redwood freeway exit. The site is in a small business park with ample parking and easy ingress and egress. My experience has been great thus far and I do recommend this office for physical therapy needs."

"This place had promise but they will quickly close your file if you have extenuating circumstances. So one star for not only asking patients to be understanding when they are short staffed; they will discard patients like it’s nothing. Highly recommend you look elsewhere for your Physical Therapy sessions because this place is not it"

"As much as possible keep away... they kept on messing with my schedule that I have to come back twice and just got rescheduled again... I don't usually leave reviews but it's getting really frustrating... They don't have a regular therapist and will have to go through different therapists with no continuity of care... Lastly they kept on charging my insurance different amount that I have to file a dispute..."
