"I usually don’t do reviews but This is terrible place. The receptionist(male) is unprofessional, disrespectful and very rude. He doesn’t let go a parent with the minor to see doctor nor he provides any translation to anyone who doesn’t speak English well. I went there last week and they told me I have pending charges from month of March even though I have provided my insurance. Now it’s July they didn’t bother to tell that you have there are pending feesor some insurance issue. What If I didn’t go there last week? Were they never gona tell me about my unpaid charges or what ?"

"This urgent care is very unprofessional. They charged me $150 when my copayment was $35 and it took weeks of calling to get my money back. They said they won’t charge my insurance but did anyways. We waited 1.5 hours so that the PA will see my kid for 3 minutes. They didn’t weigh my kid correctly and didn’t take the temperature. When we went to pick up the prescription, the pharmacist couldn’t fill the prescription because it was filled out incorrectly. We wasted our time and had to go to another urgent care. Please do not waste your time here."

"Outstanding care by NP Alina Miller. Had to take my son in for a stomach bug that was worse than initially thought. Mrs. Miller saw us late in the day on short notice and did a very thorough exam to check for a variety of possible issues. I was impressed by how careful she took her time and also how nice she was with the boy, who was not feeling well. She was very knowledgeable and checked on several possible linked diagnostics that could be at play from multiple directions. My son is now slowly but surely recovering and feeling better. Thanks!"
