Foothill Community Health Center - Aborn Clinic

"Don't to this place because they don't respect to people. Two time I came here for my teeth unfortunately first time I was seating on chair and waited for Dr. And today my appointment was at four and 3:45 p.m I checked in and again 20 minutes I was waiting for Dr. Vu Tran. The nurse talked to Dr. He said I'm coming talk to me but he was working next room on another patient. Another nurse came talked to me his behind today, they should call me and inform me we are behind today I come one or half hour later. That behavior is very unprofessional for Dr. They don't care to the patients at all. I'm sorry for them. They took my time and energy. And the nurse and the doctor spoke together in a language other than English front of me. And I didn't understand what they were saying to each other."

"Service is horrible. Front desk staff are rude. I was here for a routine dental examination, x-ray and cleaning. First appointment only x-rays, no time to do cleaning. I had to come back to do the cleaning, then dentist finally came in and scoured my teeth, informed i had smaller cavity and scheduled 3rd appointment to get it filled. Returned for my third appointment in which front desk staff said i did not need to get it filled."

"it's been over one and half year I have been treating with them. I was happy with their service and treatment until my last couple of visit. they make you wait at least one hour before you get call. another 30 min wait at the dental exam room. need to improve with their service. if you are new then go there only your day off. otherwise you may miss your work schedule. Foothill community health center is growing but service has been really frustrating and falling. fix it asap."
