"This clinic sucks big time. The receptionist never answer the phone and when they do they say that they're short staff, I don't believe that they are short staffed all year around. I have spoken with multiple patients there and they all said that when they need to make a appointment that they rather go and make the appointment in person because nobody will answer the phone. Dr. Javier need to hire more people asap."
"My sister did not recieve the care she needed. Dr Miguel refused to order my sister any medication before he seen her so she booked an appointment and waited . She saw him today and she expressed to the doctor how urgently she needs her medication for depression and he ordered it wrong . My sister is going through a tough time and I can't tell that her depresssion is at its worst right now . He needs to be more aware and I hope he fixes this asap or we will be filing a grievance through insurance ."
