"I went with my daughter to get some papers signed by her doctor and the rude front desk lady told us in a rude and very mean way that it takes over 5 to 7 days to get a damn paper signed! she has a bad case of asthma and the front desk lady was not listening to us, I do not like this clinic and my daughters doctor is very nice but the front staff are very disgusting and have attitude."

"Ravenswood MayView Community Health Center is a horrible rundown facility with incompetent staff. When I mentioned that their customer experience needed improvement, I was told by a staff member the reason for the rundown facility and poor patient care is that their clinic cares for "poor people". I was shocked and changed to another clinic and healthcare provider starting on January 1, 2023. No one should receive such poor healthcare!"

"This Mountain View clinic, unfortunately the customer service and appointments are horrible! Today I had an appointment and unfortunately I was 4 minutes late from my schedule and they didn't want to see me, and they left me waiting 45 minutes to say that they couldn't see me and it was an emergency appointment, because I'm pregnant and I had vaginal bleeding, and I I had to go to the doctor's appointment. But they didn't want to answer me and rescheduled me almost a month later. I've never seen that in my life! Horrible customer service, they don't care about your situation and don't care about anything. Sad reality and I do not recommend this clinic."

"Terrible place!!!!! I am not a patient of this place. Unfortunately my mother is the patient, she is 68 years old and for a long time I told my mother to change clinic because one day she came to Mayview to an appointment that she had at 3:30 pm, after they checked her routinely they left my mom waiting on the bed with a gown on for more than an hour, when my mother came out of the room to see why they were not treating her, she realized that the lights were off and the doctor and nurses were already gone, there was only the receptionist, her doctor never saw her. That was so unpleasant. The Mayview doctor ordered my mom to take an x-ray somewhere else, I took my mom yesterday for her x-ray and they told us that her doctor from Mayview didn't make any orders. We went to Mayview to have this situation fixed and the nurse and the receptionist told us that now the doctor has already sent the order. We went back to the X-ray place today and again there is no orders from Mayview. We went back to Mayview and they made us wait a long time, we left without receiving help. This is frustating. How can these people be licensed and dare to work with people who need their help? Doctors and their staff are disorganized, negligent and have no mercy on patients. I give one star because there is not option for “0” star."

"I got blood work done two days ago and every time I go in I get anxiety and almost pass out. When I went in this time the lady doing my blood work kept talking to me and made me feel very comfortable. Also the wait time to get in was less then 15 min. It was a great experience and this place has great workers."
