"The star is for the nice lady upfront who explained Dublin does not answer since 10/5/22 due to short staffing. Fyi if your mask breaks they charge you $1. Negative review is for the experience. 1. Citing “research has shown” without stating which study, is invalid in any dialogue. 2. Disregarding an Orthopedic order clearly due to locations“mantra" and that they go with the order. I understand that’s therapy locations push treatments for money. 3. Attempting to block me leaving by physically standing in the doorway. I should not have not say remove yourself. This is a TORT and is illegal for any medical personnel to do on a patient. This is extremely unethical and illegal. Also to see a PT a referral is required; it's not a formality. My orthopedic physician, a specialist submitted a referral with directions. It is frowned upon and negligent to pick and choose what "you" feel works. Years required to become an Orthopedic physician is far more than that of a PT. A complaint has been submitted with the governing authorities. In the same token, I understand that pressure from management may play a big role, but even I have stood my ground and said "not my license." I guess your staff doesn't value theirs."

"This place is beyond outstanding. I have recieved care at a few different facilities and this is hands down the best physical therapy I have ever recieved. The vibe is positive and encouraging. The staff is extremely knowledgeable and caring. In the beginning of my injury i made it a point to see a few different therapists because everyone has a different style. Greg and Jason L have both been truly instrumental in my recovery by helping me gain strength back and walking again. They pin point specific goals that you want or need met and give you the tools to get there. I truly appreciate the phenomenal care I have recieved here and highly recommend Spine and Sports."

"More than happy with the care I’ve received! Justin throughly evaluated me and pinpointed my problem areas, determined my weaknesses and most importantly, listened to me. He asked me what my goals were and included them in my treatment plan. He really made me feel there was hope that I could regain the strength, alleviate the pain and just feel good about myself again. I then worked with Brandon who also listened to what felt tight or hurt and dove right in to address the issue via stretching, cupping and adjustments. Love the individualized exercise program they develop for their patients to do on their own. Just a fun knowledgeable group of clinicians working in a spacious clean treatment facility with great music in the gym area! I owe my friend who referred me here…couldn’t be happier!"
