"Cannot recommend Kneaded Relief Day Spa enough!! I reached out in July to book a bridal party/hen party/bachelorette party event at the spa for late September and these guys are impressively busy so I pretty much just made the cut (so plan ahead-ahead folks!) but Michelle was fantastic! She was so helpful, communicative, and friendly. We were able to get everyone in for everything they wanted which was mostly nails. However, the bride got a bath and massage and I got a massage and steam shower as well. Cryssanne was so great with our massages, so friendly and did a wonderful job working out the stressors built up in our bodies. I heard the bath was AMAZING. Lynn, Jordy, and Alanah did our nails and they were so fun, we all had such a great time, we didn’t work it out to all be in there at the same time, but there was definitely overlap with some of us and of course Lynn, Jordy, and Alanah made it a good time and did such a beautiful job on our nails. Melissa had a room set aside for us to gather with our food and drinks in between appointments because we were there from about 11:30a-4:30p and we had finger sandwiches, fruit and veggies, cookies, tea and water (we’re NA folks) and the room worked perfect as a space for us to do that!! The front desk staff were also funny and kind and we had a lovely time with them as well. Again, an all around wonderful experience that I can’t recommend enough. I just emphasize again to plan ahead, 2 months was enough time but I’m sure an even bigger heads up would go appreciated for sure! I left there with another appointment set up to come back around my birthday even! Definitely choose Kneaded Relief for your spa needs in the Madison area. "The massage was great and I was hoping to relax some afterwards in their relaxation room. I was told by my masseuse that would be ok. Another staff member told me they were closing and that I could not utilize the room, despite my massage ending early and being an hour earlier than their posted closing time. I came here to relax and the poor customer service at the end made me feel more harried when I left than when I arrived."

(Didn't know that was possible.) She truly cares about her clients skin and offers good advice for after care. Will be back! Also, Duke is very personable and he gives the best massage I've ever had.
