"This place used to be great. But something has happened and they just gave up on their patients. I’ve been waiting for over a month now for my infusion and they blamed my insurance company, but turns out they didn’t even put in the medication request for weeks after I called. They submitted the medication wrong also. They have caused delays in my treatment. *Update - as of 08/28/2023, still no one has reached out to contact me. IVX does not want to own up to their mistakes and mishandling of patient care."

Despite my extensive treatment, both nurses Meg and Tao were very sweet and went above and beyond with genuine concern to make sure I felt safe and well taken care of.
