"My appointment experience was marked by the staff's friendliness and willingness to assist. However, I've been waiting for a doctor's note for my work since my appointment on 10/25/23. Despite being initially told I'd receive it the day after my visit, I have not received it as of 11/02/23. On 10/27/23, the physician assistant contacted me about my blood results, and I politely requested the doctor's note, but it was not provided. On 10/30/23, a clinic representative messaged me, expressing hope that they could obtain the note from the doctor that same day. Unfortunately, there have been no updates on the status of the note, leaving me in a state of uncertainty."
