"Unprofessional, not friendly, don’t really care about the patient. Went in for an urgent care visit. Doctor took a virtual call with me while he was driving! Lady in the front threw my urine sample away and never intended to send it in for culture. If you can go somewhere else, Go! 2nd post after office staff replied: yes I opted in for video call. It should be a professional video call NOT doctor in the car, behind the wheel and driving. The first urine sample was thrown away after dip test (but should have not been until doctor advises to discard it.) I had to wait another 20 minutes to give another sample because all medical facilities send their samples for culture regardless of patient request. It seemed like standard protocol. Apparently at this location, they follow lower standards. And if you follow HIPPA laws, then why did you disclose that I was prescribed antibiotics? Please keep your standards high."
