"Im not sure who the lady at the front desk with blonde hair in a bob cut is, but she is extremely rude and doesn't give you the time of day if you have a question regarding checking in. Seeing that this facility has 2.3 stars is not shocking with her as the patients first point of contact. If you can be scheduled else for your appointments I highly recommend it. No sense in ruining your day cause the receptionist is miserable."

"I used to go there in 2010. I never had a bad experience. Then my doctor left and they replaced her with a PA without telling me. Now at my new doctor I tried to get my immunization records from my last visit with Livermore in 2012, and they said I never went there. They were also very rude. I'm glad I'm not going there anymore. They seem quite disorganized."
