"On Thursday mid-afternoon there was NO ONE waiting in Urgent Care and one or two other patients were already in the examination area. The nurse did a thorough review of my relevant medical history and symptoms. Dr. Gustavo Riddle then examined me and did the on-the-spot diagnostic tests very thoroughly--something that a previous visit to my PCP's assistant did not accomplish. He also conferred with the neurologist on duty during my visit. It was reassuring to know that he had grasped the symptoms and was working toward a diagnosis. He also referred me for imaging to be reviewed by the neurologist next week."

"I had an unbelievably positive experience. I went to urgent care expecting a long wait, and the checkin nurse told me it would probably be about 2.5 hours. Oh well, I really wanted a paxlovid prescription (I had tested positive for Covid at home). Much to my surprise, a vitals nurse came to me 30 minutes later and told me she had squeezed me in, since my case was simple. In and out in 45 minutes! Amazing!!"

Furthermore, the entire staff displayed an alarming level of rudeness, further diminishing the overall quality of service and care. This unfortunate combination of factors solidifies my decision not to return to this urgent care facility."
