NorthBay Health Urgent Care - Fairfield

"Disappointed with Care and Billing at North Bay Health Urgent Care I visited North Bay Health Urgent Care for a second-degree burn wound. While there, they recommended a Tdap vaccination ($65) which wasn't necessary for my burn treatment. Additionally, the provided bandages were inadequate (didn't cover the wound) and worsened the condition, requiring a second urgent care visit elsewhere. Unlike other facilities I used for this wound (pharmacy and emergent care), North Bay Health Urgent Care had significant issues processing my insurance claim twice. Even after a follow-up visit for confirmation, I received a large bill for a simple treatment with no upfront cost communication. Overall, the care and billing process were very disappointing."

"Had a horrific experience with Marissa R. at check in. She immediately told me she could not help me & had yet to identify the problem. She continued to try to rush me out of the clinic. After speaking with a different staff member it was determined they could help me & I was out of the office within 15 minutes. I was so hurt by the way Marissa R. at the check in desk treated me because I was already in pain & was seeking her help but she was so disrespectful towards me that I almost left without receiving care. I understand we all have off days but the level of disrespect was appalling & made me feel very small."

"Biggest waste of time of my life. Have been sick for 3 days with serious sinus pain, and all it seemed like they cared about was how fast they could get people out of there. Just did my vitals and gave me a Covid test. Thanks for everything I can do at home. Did not listen at all. Beyond upset. Thanks for telling me to get afrin real experts over here."

"Went to the Urgent Care in Fairfield thinking that they're open 7 DAYS A WEEK FROM 9A-7P to only find out that they're closed?! On their website and Google stating that they're open. I ended up going to Sutter Health Urgent Care instead."

"Not a good experience at all. I made an appointment. Waited for an hour in the waiting room for them to offer me a reschedule for tomorrow which I declined. I needed to be seen today for a reason. Currently in the room still waiting. Would not recommend this location at all."
