"I was disappointed I paid a 60 dollar copay no xray tech, no MRI done yet and felt like a waste of time and money for my son. We will go ER possibly this weekend because afraid need a cast and not addressed yesterday. I wish they would told us didn't have anything address broken bones before making appointment."

"I came here first on Dec 24th 2023, an appointment that I already had booked a month in advance. The office called me the day of the appointment saying that the doctor was going to leave early so would I be able to show up early and I agreed. I show up there at the earlier rescheduled time and I was made to wait in the lobby and then a VERY claustrophobic room for a total of 1.5 hour after which I stepped out and reminded the staff that this is not okay. Eventually the doctor still didn’t show up and they sent the nurse practitioner to come talk to me. The doctor then showed up for a total of 2 mins, reiterated the same and then asked me to leave after scheduling a follow up. Following that, I had an appointment on Feb 5, scheduled for 2:30 PM. I get a call 2 days before again asking to reschedule, which I agree to. Then, I call in, first thing in the morning to confirm the appointment, only to find out, it’s not been rescheduled and that I should come at 2:30. Following that, when I do show up, they say the doctor is gone. And that I did not come to the appointment at the rescheduled time. Once again, their scheduling team and the doctors showed a complete disrespect for my time and didn’t even apologize or own up to the mistake. I would like to add that I am a new mom and was leaving my infant at home with a sitter to make it to these appointments which is hard enough to schedule as it is, without this clinic’s complete lack to follow a schedule. To say that it wasn’t worth it does not begin to cover it. I am sure that the doctors are probably decent but I would not recommend this place to anyone unless you have all the free time in the world to just hang out there until the doctor or scheduling team decide to call on you."

"Went to see Dr. Reynolds to have synovial plica removed from knee through arthroscopic surgery. My symptoms: Dull aching pain in knee after activity that had not improved with conservative methods (PT). An MRI confirmed no signs of internal derangement other than inflammation at location of Plica. Since I was quite active (~100miles of cycling a week) I wanted to get back to riding my bike without discomfort after each ride so decided my best course of action was to remove Plica through arthroscopic surgery. Post surgery my symptoms now include pain with any activity that involves knee flexion and extension and if too much load is put on my knee it can result in huge swelling that can last up to 3 weeks. Everyday activities like walking up and down steps or even getting in and out of a car can be difficult. A recent MRI has confirmed that I have a chondral defect and a synovial plica (I think this was supposed to be removed…). The initial opinion of the radiologist was “Tricompartmental chondromalacia…characterized by high grade articular cartilage fissuring” which SVO and Dr. Reynolds did not dispute. However, my PCP does disagree with the radiologist’ findings and after assessing the imaging thinks I have chondral lesion and Plica I have spent the last 12 months doing Chiro and more PT (a lot of time and a lot of money!) to improve my symptoms. It has resulted in only slight improvements as is difficult to see large improvements due to the ease of which my knee can now swell up but is still better than where I was a year ago so I think I’m on the right track. I believe these conservative methods will help minimize my knee pain in the future and help me achieve a certain degree of a pain free active lifestyle. Based on my experience of surgery and post op care I received at SVO I would not recommend"

"I overall had a disappointing experience with SVO and Dr. Reynolds. I went in for my initial appointment with Dr. Reynolds which lasted 15-20 minutes which went well and we decided the best course of action to address an issue I was having with my hip was a cortisone shot. At the end of my visit Dr Reynolds told me his team would reach out to set it up. As I was checking out I asked if I could immediately schedule the cortisone shot but was told again that they would reach out around scheduling the shot. Unfortunately nothing happened after that and I never received a call to schedule this procedure. When I finally got in touch with Dr. Reynolds team I was informed that they never followed up because his note on the follow up was unclear. I ultimately went with a different provider but was recently billed $400 for this visit. When I reached out to the SVO billing department they told me the charge was so high because despite seeing me for under 30 minutes there was a lot of other work involved after my appointment which is frustrating as there was literally no work done after my appointment to follow up to schedule the procedure so my entire appointment was rendered useless. While Dr. Reynolds may be a great Doctor it was an overall very frustrating experience where I was charged $400 dollars for his team to not follow up with me. I'd recommend checking out other options"

"Everyone there are super nice to me. Also Ms. Tracy is very helpful she always helps me with my paperwork in a timely manner. Lastly Dr. Nic Gay is a wonderful doctor, he takes good care of me. He is one of my favorite doctors."
