"The two ladies upon entering were amazing the personal communication skills are awesome. I was greeted in a professional manner and the ladies were very polite, respectful and informative. Mrs. Maureen was very patient and compassionate she also communicated well. Karyme was also very respectful, polite and patient which are very good qualities for working in their field. However; Ms. Veronica could use some training in responding to her customers and/or patients on first onset. Veronica was rude and showed no patience. I attempted to ask her a question twice and she was rude in her response almost as if she was talking to a child as I am a 61 year old woman. I hope she is given a talk about customer training and response. Thank you Sharon"
