"Subject: Disappointing Experience with Spider Vein Treatment I recently underwent a spider vein treatment at Maas Clinic in San Francisco, and unfortunately, I am compelled to share my disappointment with the results and overall experience. Prior to the procedure, I was assured that my minimal spider veins would significantly fade, providing a noticeable improvement. However, after diligently following post-treatment care instructions, including the use of compression socks, I observed absolutely no difference in the appearance of my spider veins. What exacerbates my dissatisfaction is the lack of responsiveness from the clinic's staff when attempting to seek clarification and discuss my concerns. Despite making multiple calls to the office, I never received a callback, leaving me feeling frustrated and undervalued as a client. This entire experience has not only failed to deliver the promised results but has also proven to be a considerable waste of both time and money $250!! As a client who had high expectations based on assurances given, I find it disheartening that the outcome fell significantly short."

I didn’t feel like I was being rushed or ignored, which is all so common in some medical practices. She really listened to me and I felt extremely comfortable with her. She was quick and SO gentle, which is important to me because I tend to get a bit anxious. She also explained what she was doing which is very helpful for me as well - I like knowing what’s going on!
