"I highly recommend Grace Lau for travel needs. I was fortunate to be directed to Grace when I booked Alaska cruise for number of reasons. 1. She suggested appropriate cruise liner after taking time to hear my trip plan, number of the people and the demographics. She booked the rooms to be connected to each other facing the favorable direction for the maximum viewing. She also considered plane ticket prices and the itinerary for all. She had the foresight to suggest that we go up to Alaska a day earlier because many flights were being cancelled. One flight was delayed with mere notification. 2. Grace followed up and coached on every step of the processes and responded to every phone calls. If she didn't guide me and point to the correct settings and sites, I would've been lost. Princess Cruise website is not very intuitive and nebulous in some requirements with lots of wordings and customer services is a long wait and it can or not be helpful depending on who you get on the other side. so many documents to fill out, attach and print out. 3. Grace called and emailed on the check lists to bring including covid tests, extra masks and where to get covid tests around the area for free as well. She was very detail oriented. If you ask her for suggestions for day trips and places to go, she has plethora of information. She is calm under pressure and efficient. It's really nice to know a great travel agent like Grace Lau still exists in this day of bot customer services."

"Stumbled across this business after coming out of a Starbucks in Downtown San Carlos. I needed to book a cruise for my wife and I to getaway from the daily grind of raising a little one. not only did the owner Grace do a thorough interview on what activities we were looking to do, she also provided pricing tradeoffs if we wanted to get the best bargain. we felt like we not only saved some money, we got the most bang for the buck without having to do the research myself. i am now going to book a European vacation (she advised her shop doesnt just do cruises) for the family in the early fall. definitely nice to have someone like Grace helping with the planning vs reading endless trip advisors from strangers. thanks again"
