"I rarely write negative review, but I have to share my experience w/ Dr. Xu I met Dr. Xu 3 years ago for my allergy needs, and everything went well. So this time I would like to continue work with her for my treament, since I'm out of medication since last visit. I made an apt. w/ Dr. Xu and also confirmed w/ frontdesk. But when I was in the video call, Dr. Xu never show up and the frontdesk is very rude and didn't feel sorry at all, telling me that because the insurance I used last time (3 years) has been terminated - which I have new insurance ready and fine to pay cash as well. Then I was trying to reach Dr. Xu on what happened, she blocked me. I swear to God that I didn't say anything besides "I'm ready and in the video chat". Not sure this is the right way to treat your customer."

"Dr Zhang is superb. I have an anaphylactic food allergy and Dr Zhang has been a wonderfully comforting guide in helping me take steps to try and prevent my baby from developing an allergy like mine. She also helped me to further identify which nuts I am most severely allergic to, and which are not likely to cause anaphylaxis. This has helped me expand my diet for the better."
