"I called this office to help me buy a package for 4 people for a trip to Hawaii... I told them the date I wanted to travel and they didn't let me finish saying the Fraser and the agents told me "You can't, it's all over." "full for that date" and I asked him for that whole week and he said "yes for that whole week"... and he hung up on me... 1 minute later I called Delta vacation and they got me tickets and a hotel and they helped me very kindly... I don't know if these people believe that those of us who speak Spanish cannot pay for the packages but it is a shame that they are supposedly the ones who call themselves customer service."
