"Went for my annual exam and had a wonderful experience from start to finish. Great front desk staff, wonderful and attentive doctors - clean and calm waiting room. I will be coming here for all future appointments."

"Completely unprofessional. Avoid at all costs. Prices are unbelievable and the service is less than subpar. I came here with some gashes on my hand and I literally had to change my own dressings as my doctor could not do so without further agitating the wounds. I was then charged $400 for replacing my own bandaids and sent home. Admin team has been totally unresponsive and refuses to provide a clear cost breakdown. Would not recommend to anyone…. This is what you get with a “membership”"

Medical center/urgent care in San Carlos charged only 400 and one medical here with membership charged over 800. No detailed items were listed and the administration office put blame on HDHP."
