"Firstly, Dan is a very nice man. He can definitely help you out. The reason for low stars is the front desk. Calls seldomly get answered as it goes right to voicemail. There was a emergency situation where their office was closed. Instead of calling their scheduled patients, they leave a sign on the door, which tells me that they don't value my time. Very unprofessional."

"Dr. Rixen is the truth! I was hesitant in the beginning to see a chiropractor due to their costs. But hes Kaiser friendly so that was a major plus! Not only were his rates reasonable his work. I would even pay more. Ive haven't had any or low mobility in my neck for the past year. Had my first session yesterday and it almost brought tears to my eyes to be able to move it around freely. "Rixen is the first chiropractic I have ever seen. I was referred by my mother and I am very satisfied with how it is going. The check in process is done on a tablet and covers all info and complaints. Loved the ease of getting my concerns into the doctor. He has been very verbal and informational on what is going on with my back/joints. I still have a couple more weeks worth of visits to do but already feeling an improvement and sleeping better!
