"I had a prescription filled Friday, can’t pick up till Monday morning. They sold my prescription to someone else. Now they are completely sold out. I had it filled when I went to the pharmacy. What kind of practice is this??? They told me They didn’t have my full prescription so I asked them to fill what they have. They told me it’ll be ready later in the day. They never called or sent a text like they usually do. Now I can’t receive my medicine. This place is a joke. I’ve been waiting 6 months for my medicine. Coming in every week, saying you don’t have it or you will fill it and call me. No calls, no fills. Just sold it to someone else. Unprofessional."

"I sent a message to my doctor before the appointment detailing some issues, and suggested any blood or urine tests be scheduled before the meeting. We did so, and so results helped influence his suggestions, resulting in a slight change in medications and a recommendation for exercises. I've had the same doctor for many years and respect him greatly."

"Doctors want you in and out ASAP. Will literally ignore your concerns even when you have physical evidence of symptoms. One doctor practically called me a hypochondriac when I came in about a concern I have been trying to get someone to address on and off for over a year. Don't go here if you need any real medical help. I was in a car accident a couple of days ago, and the first appointment, no tests were even ordered or done, but at least that doctor is always kind and pleasant enough. Told to come back if certain symptoms worsened or new ones occurs. This happened. I came back three days later only to be called the wrong name,man-plained to, and have every single ones of my concerns dismissed as muscle pain without even further evaluation or questions about my history. When I asked for clarification, I was dismissed and told I worry too much. I wouldn't have anything to worry about if I didn't have to practically fight for every test, referral, or even prescription I need from here. It's bad enough when you are unwell or dealing with pain, but being made to feel foolish and unreasonable for trying to get care for it I simply unforgivable from a HEALTH CARE institution. In my experience, the staff and techs were always nicer than the doctors here. I don't know why I keep paying a copay to get my time wasted and insulted."

"I went there to get my flu shot. It was so easy and unique, with no lines and no waiting. It takes less than one minute. It’s unbelievable, immaculate. Very polite. Very good to staff. I enjoy my flu shots and have no hurt at all. Perfect parking lots and plenty of room for all cars if you want to get your flu shot and you’re near here. You have to try it here. It’s very convenient. Thank you."
